“Religious Dwarfs?” One definition of “Dwarf” is, “a star of relatively small size and low luminosity …” (Oxford Dictionary) In comparison to this, Matthew 5:15-16 reads, “Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
Spiritually, God is NOT calling us to be a “light” of low luminosity, or a dwarf in the spiritual sense of the word, but rather to allow Him to fill us with His Spirit and Truth so that we may shine brightly and win souls to the Kingdom of Heaven!
